NEWSFLASH: This morning, the High Court has ruled that the Home Office’s plans to send asylum seekers to Rwanda are lawful. However, eight individual cases of asylum seekers must be reconsidered. This does not mean the asylum seekers have to leave imminently. A court decision on whether to allow an appeal is scheduled for January.
