SENIOR SOLICITOR (6 YEARS PQE+)
We are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join our highly successful niche employment law practice, based in Chelmsford, Essex.
We are currently expanding our firm and looking for a high calibre candidate who is based in the local area. You should either be working at a top City law firm at the moment or, having got tired of the commute already, moved out into a local law firm which is highly regarded.
You must have practised employment law in a prestigious City law firm for at least four years and gained fully rounded experience of all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law with high profile clients. You must have strong academic credentials, including a 2:1 degree or above. You need to have an excellent level of professional gravitas and knowledge of the law but to also be commercial, plain talking and approachable. You should be able to work independently, as well as in a team. You should be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Marketing, business development experience and a client following are essential. Experience of delivering training would be beneficial.

OFFICE MANAGER/LEGAL SECRETARY
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Legal Secretary to join our Chelmsford-based team.
This is a varied and busy role in a fast paced and exciting law firm, which has a prestigious clientbase.
The successful candidate will facilitate the day-to-day running of our office, help market and develop our business, manage supplier contracts, supervise our administrative team, develop and implement office initiatives and carry out some legal secretarial support duties. They will also be the first point of contact for our new clients and any visitors to our offices.
The role is very much a hands-on position which would suit a flexible, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is willing to offer innovative ideas to a growing business.
